Laguna Through A Local's Eye: Dana Marron
For the past 18 years Dana Marron has called Laguna Beach home, falling in love with the small town vibe, numerous creative outlets, and eclectic beach community.
Having served as co-owner of Laguna Supply for just over a decade, she recently felt it was time to stretch her wings. Putting her years of experience to use, she’s launched Good Together Collective, a creative agency that includes content, branding, color stories, logos, graphics, art direction, and private label, as well as interiors for new businesses, pop-ups, and companies who would love a brand refresh.
Her focus is working and collaborating with local Laguna Beach businesses, and she lives by the motto: “A woman who heals herself, heals her mother, heals her daughter, heals every woman around her. We are all in this life together… so let’s be good together.”
We recently caught up with the entrepreneur and asked her to share her favorite spots around town…
Roots Beauty
I love Roots’ non-toxic beauty products, and owner Laura Linsenmayer is just the best! I’ll do anything she tells me and it’s never steered me wrong.
Brass Tack
Brass Tack has an amazing vintage section, and, as if that wasn’t enough, they have reiki with Meghan Hunt in the back!
Bushard’s Pharmacy
Good Together Collective just relaunched and designed Bushard’s Pharmacy’s website and Instagram. Family owned and operated, they have been in business for 75 years. Their fragrance selection alone is worth stopping by!
Neko Laguna
A one-stop-shop for unique and unexpected treasures, Neko Laguna has the most amazing eye for all things vintage.
French Buckets
I was so happy when I heard French Buckets was opening a second location in Laguna Beach! I just walk in and take it all in! Gorgeous!
Siemon & Salazar
I did a design project for a good friend of mine a few years back and discovered Siemon & Salazar. Their moonlight orb sconce and linea chandelier is just beyond -- it made the whole room!
AhbA
Thank goodness AhbA came to South Laguna! Their food is what this town’s been waiting for.
The Studio Laguna
The Studio salon is beautiful and feels like you’re in a treehouse. Ask for Roza for amazing blowouts and haircuts.
Brodino Broth Co
I’m a huge fan of Brodino’s turkey chili and, of course, their bone broth. It got my family through quarantine. It’s the new chicken soup for the soul -- they ship too!
